4. User Accounts

- Use worker data only for legitimate hiring purposes
- Not resell or misuse worker information
HR Worker is not responsible for employer compliance or hiring decisions.
7. Verification and Matching Disclaimer
HR Worker may perform screening and verification processes; however:
- We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of information
- Verification status may change or be revoked
- Users must conduct their own due diligence
HR Worker does not guarantee employment or hiring outcomes.
8. Communications (SMS & Email)
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications including SMS and email notifications.
