SMS Terms

HR Worker, operated by EB-3 Consultants LLC (a Delaware limited liability company) doing business as HR Visa Staffing ("we," "our," or "us"), operates two SMS messaging programs described below. By enrolling in either program, you agree to receive text messages as described and you acknowledge these SMS Terms. These SMS Terms supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Account Notifications Program

Program Name: HR Worker Account Notifications Sender: HR Worker (hrworker.com) Message Types: Login verification codes (OTP), interview scheduling confirmations, interview reminders, and account status updates Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity (typically 1–5 messages per month) Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.

Enrollment in the Account Notifications program is required to use the Service, as SMS is used for login verification. You may replace SMS with email verification if you provide a valid email address at signup.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any Account Notifications message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent in this program. Note: opting out of SMS notifications means you must provide an email address to log in.

2. Job Alerts Program (Optional)

Program Name: HR Worker Job Alerts Sender: HR Worker (hrworker.com) Message Types: Recurring automated marketing messages: new employment opportunities matching your profile, promotional job alerts, and hiring event notifications Frequency: Recurring messages. Frequency varies based on matching activity (typically 1–8 messages per month) Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.

Enrollment in the Job Alerts program is optional and not required to create an account or use the Service. You may opt in during signup or at any time from your account settings.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any Job Alerts message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further marketing messages will be sent. You may also toggle off job alerts from your account settings at any time.

3. General SMS Terms

Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box at signup, you expressly consent to receive text messages as described above. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS programs are supported by all major US and Canadian wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Rogers, Bell, and Telus, as well as most regional carriers. Carrier support may vary.

Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network availability and carrier limitations.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years of age to enroll in our SMS programs. By enrolling, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

Privacy

Your phone number is used exclusively by HR Worker for the programs described above. We do not sell, share, or disclose your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms at any time. We will notify enrolled users of material changes via SMS where required by applicable law. Continued participation in the programs constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
